My tour today of The Rigsbee in Durham was amazing. The two bedroom loft stole my whole heart. This design is so unique to the market. The patio is MASSIVE, and you can have a full couch and chair patio set with ample room to lay down and make snow angels. Seriously it’s huge. I could turn the loft into a yoga studio, art studio or even a nursery. The gym was well appointed. The rooftop lounge is very classy. Great place to work from and enjoy evening wine. Ample parking. Walkable to so many places.

I am a former resident and moved out in early 2025. Nearly a year after moving out, I was just emailed about a past due balance. At the time of my move out, I paid all required fees and was assured my account was settled. I also received my full security deposit back, which further confirmed everything was closed out properly. Until recently I had not heard from the property at all and thought all was good. Now, almost a year later, I am receiving emails about a balance due because an "internal audit" allegedly found something they failed to bill correctly at move out. As far as I was concerned, the matter was fully resolved when I moved out and fulfilled all obligations. Attempting to bill a former resident nearly a year later, without even a courtesy phone call, is extremely disappoint
