We love it here! Ann and management are awesome. They get back quickly about anything. They are very quick to address issues you may be having. We’ve been here three months and are very happy! It’s very affordable for the quality. It took us so long to find a place around here near $1500 that also had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. Also, the gym is a huge plus. We were very comfortable at our last apartment and very hesitant to move. Now that we did, we are so happy! For the past reviews, I cannot speak. All I know is that I have been happy with the property and the management. You won’t be living in absolute luxury, but you certainly won’t find anything better for the area with the rent. The worse rental experience ever new owners took over fired good black maintenance workers white crew they hired was bad. Parking horable management horable I had to inform them of Pa rental laws. Now trash all over the place with new maintenance crew work order don't get completely we had nats and flies coming up the drain pipes for three weeks, over priced and not worth it.

I almost allowed myself to live in this mediocre overpriced placed. They wanted $1320 a month for a tiny one bedroom and rent included NO utilities. They also have a small gym with no mirrors which they REQUIRE a $300-350 non optional deposit for. Yes, whether you want to use the gym or not this place is requiring that you pay them for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

We've been here for a couple months now and I can say with confidence that we are comfortable! Spacious rooms, a balcony and a decent kitchen space were what we were looking for and we got it! Of course, as every complex does, it has its problems. The complex is densely populated, so parking is tight, our oven didn't work when we moved in and there is (obviously, we live by a creek) a pest appearance here and there. That said though, every problem that can be handled has been -- swiftly and diligently, might I add. Our oven was replaced AND an exterminator was deployed both within three days of a work order being sent in! I have heard of and lived in apartments where management does not care and is inaccessible, but this simply does not seem to be a place where that behavior exists. The

Thankfully I don’t live here anymore as of 2024. There’s a serious roach issue, they tell you it’s not an emergency and will just continuously set down sticky traps (they don’t work.) I had a clear view of the front office and would watch them ignore my phone calls constantly. The roaches brought in many other bugs and I’ve never seen so many spiders or thousand legger bugs in my life. There were multiple plumbing issues. A pipe bursted in the hallways and flooded into my living room. A pipe bursted above my bathroom and flooded the walls of my bathroom and bedroom. My sinks backed up multiple times despite using drain catchers and Draino. They charge a $50 pet fee, which is fine, but they do not restock the poop bags. In fact, while I was living there at least, they rarely even emptied
