Lived here from Jan 2022-Jan 2025. I rented a townhome. Only had 2 issues the whole time being there. Maintenance was called and sent out ASAP both times. Now management has got on my nerves a couple times but I think it was because i was located right next to office. Other than that prior to renting the management never gave me the time of day i had to go up to office ready to do application and money ready to get the correct customer service. Once i moved in communication got way better. Oh and also the Apartments aren't bad its just not in the best location many kids come from the ratchet apartments across the street and that's what made them cautious about vehicular theft. I have 3 vehicles new models never touched theres also many dodges, nissans and foreign vehicles in the community
