I would give this apartment complex zero stars if that were an option. The only positive aspect of my experience has been the leasing agent, Mandi, who has been professional and responsive! Unfortunately, everything beyond that has been extremely disappointing. Move-In Experience: The unit I was initially assigned did not match the description listed online. The layout and features were inaccurate, which forced me to request a different unit and delay my move-in by 15 days. This caused significant inconvenience and set the tone for what has continued to be a frustrating experience. Ongoing Maintenance Issues: Since moving in, I have experienced multiple unresolved problems: • Bathroom doors that do not properly close due to flooring issues. • A major draft and visible mold on my daughte

I would like to share feedback about my recent experience. When I visited the office in person, Mandi and Karla were very helpful and kind. I appreciate the time they took to assist me. I submitted my application about three days ago because I was very excited about the possibility of living in this community. Unfortunately, my application was denied. During the process, I communicated through email with someone who never shared their name. At times, it honestly felt like I was communicating with AI rather than a real person. I tried to explain my situation, but the process became very stressful because I was never able to speak directly with someone from the office. I really liked the community because it is very close to my daughter’s school, and there are stores nearby. The apartment

The worst place we ever lived. The charge extra hidden fees. It is always dirty in the stairwells. The police are always there because of something. We moved out on December first and they charged us for more than half a months rent for another 6 days, parking spots we weren’t using, for replacing the carpet, (which is something they do every time someone moves out.) and charged us illegally for our Emotional support animal. The only way to contact anyone in the billing department is by email because the office doesn’t take care of any of that. They take weeks to email back if at all, and clearly do not read your email even with pictures and documents of proof attached.

I lived here for 7 yrs and left because of a housing opportunity. I have been coming back throughout the year scoping out the new availability & am excited to come back. I love the community, the office staff, maintenance & the apts here. I know the reviews can be misleading but the office works hard to resolve issues. Most of these negative comments are just ridiculous! Mandi Karla & Miguel are the best.

Do not stay here!!!! I rented here for 10 months before buying a place. I paid on time every month and moved out early before the end of my lease and still paid on time. They charged me for a tub reglazing and carpet even though I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES upon move out showing everything in great condition. I now have to file a complaint with the MD attorney generals office and small claims court to get my deposit back and fight these erroneous charges. They do not act in good faith!!
