So I’ve personally lived here for the last year and I love it. Management is only on sight on Tuesdays and Thursdays but they’re very communicative and have helped us out multiple times. I have enjoyed getting to know every one of my neighbors as well and there has been no drama here as far as police or fighting. They’ve actually just implemented zero tolerance for marijuana AND cigarettes on the property so it doesn’t stink like other complexes. It’s quiet at night and the neighborhood is very woodsy and beautiful. My 2 bedroom overlooks the creek next to the complex and I love sitting on my enclosed balcony and drinking coffee or reading. It’s also spacious with high ceilings. I love that they offer income based housing because this area is expensive. Plus we’re so close to downtown Saug
Horrible... They never fix anything.
