Ridgewood Heights

Lived here for 3 years during my time in Omaha and have no complaints. It was quiet, well maintained, had good amenities, management replied promptly, maintenence was on time, and neighbors were friendly. Overall, a nice apartment, and I am happy I chose to live there.

I lived here for almost a decade. The positives… -private entrance -washer/dryer Negatives -constant dumpster divers -management does not care about you, it’s all about the money. They charge for blinds, light bulb replacement - use a company for utilities that has a one star rating with the BBB -registered sex offender frequents the complex at night -regular car breaks ins (a few garages too) -maintenance issues are not properly attended to (watch out for sewer back ups!) -changes to lease mid year -old windows that are not properly sealed At first I really enjoyed living here. It used to be a 55 and over community and the staff still very much supported that environment. They would help with anything they possibly could. Peaceful place to live! Has its own entrance and washer and dryer in unit. No upstairs noises from neighbours walking because you have a place that’s like a townhouse. Maintenance is very friendly and solve your issues very quickly and efficiently. Right next to aksarben and fairly close to UNO.

Great location. Very well-kept grounds and tranquil environment during my 2 years living there. They hired a new property manager Jared this summer (2024). He was very kind, honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and responsive. The previous property manager was not. I moved out of state now but would most definitely recommend Ridgewood Heights to others.

I love living here! I have only been here for 1.5 months so far, but I have loved every bit of it. In my opinion, rent is pretty reasonabole considering the housing here is townhome style. In my unit I feel like I live in a home; there is everything in it that you could need. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful. Many of the residents here are of the older retired type, which I think is nice because they live a quiet lifestyle if that's what you're looking for. I really like that all of the payment of rent is online, which makes it super easy and just like paying any other bill online. Management is also caring and does a good job of keeping the complex clean and up to par. Overall I would reccomend checking out Ridgewood Heights. Every time my friends come to visit they always co
