Ridgewood Apartments

Do not move here!!! I have lived here for a little over six yrs and this place has really gone down hill. All the buildings have rotting wood on them. Almost all the fences around people's patios are rotting and falling over. I complained about rotting wood above my front door and the apartment manager Rosa Garcia looked at me and said nothing. That's the problem they know about all the rotten wood when we complain but do nothing. A lot of people living here would like to move,but when we moved in the rent was cheap and now can't afford to move any where else. The apartment manager Rosa Garcia is arrogant, immature, and cocky.

I am not sure what Firefly Indigo is seeking nor speaking about. They must have been the problem looking at the other property reviews they have left in the past. Rosa Garcia, Johnny, and Mike are amazing. Work orders get done in a timely manner and have not had any issues against this property nor with them. I have lived here over 9 years (Rosa being the one to move me in) and have nothing negative to say. This person must have gotten kicked out to leave such a horrible review. Please do not let this negative person pursue you in believing them. They are the arrogant, immature, cocky person!!!!!

I spent exactly two years at Ridgewood. People here were wonderful and kind, from Rosa all the way to the residents. Ridgewood offered both the convenience of being close to the main road and far enough to not be disturbed by cars. Even better, walking around the complex was very pleasant with nature and trees all around. This was a great experience and real bang-for-the-buck. Highly recommend!

I lived here through 2 lease terms and loved it. Rosa the manager is so sweet and responsive to any concerns. Johnny and Mike will fix anything you need right away.... I had a broken ac along with lots of other things and they came to my rescue right away and put a whole new ac unit in about 20 minutes..... best maintenance ever and I have lived in lots of apartments.....they never make you feel like your inconviencing them. Place was quiet and never could hear any noise through walls and very clean too. Would have stayed but was moving for a job.

First of all, I am new to tallahassee and found a little heaven to live in. Rosa, the property manager is truly a professional gem who cares and makes me feel safe. Johnny and Micheal do repairs immediately when permitted and efficiently. I am so pleased and thank you.
