Ridgewood Apartments

My apartment has been flooded numerous times ranging from the upstairs AC being frozen over, the bathtub upstairs over flow drain disconnecting (took them over a month to fix that whole i had a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling and sewer gases being vented into my apartment) to lastly the upstairs washing machine back flowing into my living room. They’ve had to replace the entire upstairs (the subfloor not the carpet and linoleum) they’ve had to replace drywall in my ceiling and used what looked shaving cream to cover it instead of matching the awful popcorn style. Overpriced, outdated, worn out, cheap fixings, car been broken into many times, even had windows broken out of car and no surveillance on property at all. Manager is never around, or does anything for the “community” I guess if you have no other options this place would be decent but otherwise it’s a rip off for what you get. The photo is of the ceiling in my living room which is buckling from repeated water damage, it stayed like this for months and when they did come to replace it they just stuck new Sheetrock with no paint or popcorn to make it blend with the rest of the ceiling so it was very obvious that it was replaced and they left this hole in the bathroom ceiling and never came back. It made my bathroom have a strange smell as well and you could see lots of mold up there from the

I love how there's a fireplace whet I'm at! When I first moved in, there were a few things that needed to be worked on, but they got someone out there to fix it. I also love how they hold these friendly competitions for the residents. I honestly love Christmas so it'd fun getting to decorate the apartments and the breezeways and getting people together to join you for the Christmas spirit. Ashley, who is the manager, is an amazing person. She cares about you and is a genuine person!

If you are looking for a great place to home with clean environment, great floor plans and good location then this is the place to come! They have a great Manager, Ashley who will accommodate everything you need to make your move easy! If your have work orders they are done in a timely manor! Staff is always smiling and making you feel at home! Don’t wait to move to you fantastic new home at Ridgewood!!

This is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are kept up nicely at all times, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the management staff is just fabulous. Ashley is such a great manager, she is welcoming and sweet, but still enforces the rules so it is a wonderful, peaceful place to live. I would recommend this property to anyone.
