Ridgeway At Monticello Apartments

I have lived here for 5 years and would not want to ever live anywhere else. I have no complaints about my apartment and enjoy the short walk to the laundry room to do my laundry without an extra expense. Our apartment building is secure with all the outside doors being locked and with security cameras which makes me feel safe. My friends who live here love it also. Any repairs I need taken care of are fixed in a timely manner. There is no better place for senior citizens in Monticello.

Quaint 1BR apts well suited to seniors due to safety protocols in place. I do wish my MIL had been able to have a walk-in shower but her needs did not warrant a disabled apartment bathroom. The mgr went above and beyond to help us establish a home for my MIL and though her time was brief before transitioning to her heavenly home, our only regret was that we did not hear of this place sooner. It is no wonder there is a waiting list.

I manage these apartments & love the vibe of our property. Your rent includes a free laundry room (1 year old washers & dryers that have never needed repair,) a PO Box, paid water & trash, & discounted Dish tv options. We have monthly events & annual cookouts. 4 ADA units exist, & we have 32 apartments total. All exterior doors require keycards & my tenants will tell you how safe they feel. We also have 11 security cameras. Schedule an appt to come check us out! Tenant references available— they can speak for themselves :)

I have lived at the ridgeway going on two years. It’s a great place to live and we have events once a month. Our manager is wonderful and she really cares about the tenants. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! I feel safe here and the tenants are very nice! I feel very blessed to live here😊

I've lived here for 6yrs., and I love it. We have an awesome manager. She cares about everyone. Our manager has done more than any other manager since I've been here. Some people are not use to the rules being applied. The rules are fair to everyone. This is a great place to live.
