Ridgeview Townhomes & Apartments

My girlfriend and I recently moved in, and finding a place in the Saratoga region at the right price was extremely stressful. Luckily, we found Ridgeview Townhomes, and Jake VanPatten helped us get into our dream space quickly. The management is great, and they respond promptly to questions or minor issues. We love it here!

My husband and I have lived here for a while now. We love the location and the apartment is sizable and for a great price!! We’ve always had a pleasant experience and never had too many complaints. The property management was subpar at first. They were good about some things and not the best about others. I’ve seen a noticeable difference since Prime Management LLC has taken over. The building is cleaner and better maintained and the on site offices are a great addition! So far I’ve only met Jacob Van Patten in the office, but he was very kind and helpful! Glad to see things are looking up.

We moved in before the new management took over and let me tell you something - what a difference! Things are actually getting fixed now, there is an office on site and Jake and the team are doing a great job at sprucing up the property and making sure it looks great/is maintained. Landscapers have been around regularly doing a beautiful job, pet waste stations, etc. Everyone has been so nice and prompt in fulfilling maintenance requests should they arise. It's comforting to know they are walking around and making sure everything is going well. We've been very happy here.

Ideal place for those looking for rest in the mountains. But not far from the great center of Saratoga Springs, which is very charming and elitist. Many parks and good restaurants. The location is perfect and the tranquility of this place is charming, really for those who want to escape from the big centers and stay quiet in the mountains.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this property, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful and charming the atmosphere was. The landscaping is beautifully done—lush, thoughtful, and inviting. It really sets the tone for the entire experience. Inside, the units are spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell that attention to detail is a priority here. It felt like a place I could easily see myself recommending to others. What stood out most to me was the transformation under the current property manager. Since taking over, they've done an exceptional job. The improvements are noticeable, and there's a clear sense of pride in how the property is run. It’s refreshing to see that kind of dedication and care.
