It was quick and easy to get in! We’ve been here 2 months and love living here! Kate has been nothing short of amazing and helpful. Repairs are handled quickly and maintenance is speedy and kind. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I am moving to this area from across the country and Kate couldn't have been more helpful with making this transition so much easier! She made it possible to get everything signed and done and ready to move in while I am still in Florida so all I need is to get my key and drop my bags! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Overall we've enjoyed our time here. Just be hopeful you don't have an annoying neighbor above you like we do. 😏 Edit - If you have a sensitive nose, don't move into building 1201. It constantly smells like weed, including inside my apartment. Still going on and the smell is disgusting.

Update on the situation. Full Circle Services is bunch of crooks. After two months of waiting calling, texting, I was finally emailed the statement. In the lease they state they can charge itemized list of cleaning. They also give you a list of the things they want cleaned, we went through this list and did these things. Got charged the whole list anyway. They act like you can clean it but then they charge it for you anyway. The real crime was charging us for a $300 final water bill. We payed the water bill every month, which was about $110-120 every month no matter how much water was used. How does that work? It seems that they just made it up so they didn't have to refund us any money, they didn't include the meter or the bill, just a $300 dollar charge on the statement. Don't rent from

Clean place, kinda. The worst part I wish I could give 0 stars for is the management. It's horrible. I have been waiting for a security deposit for now going on almost two months. You would think a respectful tenant who paid rent on time, month after month, took care of the place they lived, kept it clean, and cleaned it before handing the keys back over would get treated better.
