We can't recommend Ammie and Ridge Security Title, enough! We were the loan originators for a buyer on a purchase they were working on. Obviously, the seller chooses the title company, so you never know what you are going to get. Ammie was awesome, and we can't recommend them enough if you are in need of a title company if you are selling or refinancing. You don't always see all the things that happen behind the scenes, but we never had to worry about what was happening with title. :) Thank you again!
