My move-in experience was smooth and seamless. Elizabeth was incredibly kind, personally meeting me at my unit and taking the time to show me around, which immediately made me feel at home. The community itself is quiet, welcoming, and filled with hardworking people who simply want to enjoy life with their families. As the neighborhood continues to grow, I truly hope it maintains its beauty, peace, and charm—so that we can all continue to enjoy this wonderful place we now call home.

Hello, This apartment complex seems beautiful, and I would truly appreciate some assistance—or at the very least, an update on my application status. I've visited the property several times, but due to limited staff, I’ve repeatedly been turned away and asked to return another time. I really value the initiative and support offered through the affordable housing program, but it's also important to recognize that organization and quality customer service play a major role in whether someone chooses to move into a community. I would appreciate more timely communication, better customer service, and a more responsive process overall. Welcome to the Flats! My experience has been great so far. Management (Elizabeth) has been good with the entire process making it smoother than I thought. My daughter started the application process in June and the process has been awful; staff do not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Management has constantly asking for paper work and weeks will go by and then they ask for something else, my daughter applied for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, after everything was turned in she was told that no 3 bed 2 baths were available, she would have to get a 4 bd 2b, which more expensive and then after all of that they finally approved her on July 24, 2025 and then she was told she had to sign a lease for August 1st, even tho her application clearly stated that she needed a lease that started on September 1st because her current lease would be up on August 31st, 2025, she explain to MGMT that should could not break her lease and MGMT told her if
