Ridge At Jackson

Listen to me….i have never lived in an apartment where they threw a party for the residents to meet and mingle….imaging having a event and their no one fighting not even the kids❤️❤️❤️this is a home here….i still think it’s the best place in Jackson….and the fact that these apartments fill up fast speaks volumes….you wanna sleep peacefully, you wanna be safe, want a safe place for your kids, wanna be treated right…..yall come on home to the RIDGE AT JACKSON….the office staff is very dope and nice….thats the best part about being here the office staff…..and the maintenance team plays no game you don’t have to wait weeks to get stuff repaired…bet you I’m not leaving no time soon….. lol thank you guys for moving me in so fact

the courtesy officer Rochelle is nosey and always harass the tenants' guests for no reason. She watches out of her apartment day and night but has suspicious looking company and activity at her apartment. Rent goes up EVERY RENEWAL but the apartments are outdated. Can't keep a maintenance person and when there is one they don't know how to fix anything. She lets ANYONE move in which makes it feel like the projects now. Walls are thin and I can hear people upstairs using the restroom. The carpet is never pulled up when needed.

Somewhat quiet place to stay. Rented a 2 br for 2 years.. 1st year rent automatically jumped 100.00.. was told to come in renew lease at last minute or be out by the next week. Lady in the office Juanita was rude often. None of the amenities I paid for in rent were available.. Pool never opened up 2 summers I was there.. laundry room and gym never unlocked for use.. and the courtesy officer Rochelle harasses residents AND guest.. as if people are not allowed to have company at their own house.. did not enjoy my stay there was a constant situation between staff and the residents.. one of my neighbors at the time broke the lease because she refused to deal with the harassment..

I hate it over here. Nice community as far as the people but the apartments are terrible. I’ve been dealing with mood since i moved in. Wynette starts charging for repairs after a yr. Maintenance man Travis doesn’t know anything. By far the worst place to live in Jackson tn.

I went to the main office to fill out an application the staff was not friendly. I didn’t feel welcome and the attitudes made me not to won’t to continue on with the application.
