Ridge at Castle Rock Apartments

We just moved in and have definitely had a lot of hiccups/problems, but the staff here has been fantastic! Any issue that has come up has been handled fast and with so much professionalism. The maintenance crew is phenomenal and quick to respond, they also make you comfortable with everything they are doing and make sure you understand exactly what’s wrong/how different features in your apartment work. Cristian has been a great point of contact in the leasing office and makes sure to reach out if they are busy and unable to answer a call. Less than a week in to living here and is already so much better than any place we’ve lived before.

Freddy is just wonderful and couldn't be more appreciative of his kindness and attention to detail in helping make our home so nice. We've lived here for 2.5 years now and he is the best maintenance technician we've ever had, so kind and so helpful! 10/10 recommend him

Cristian Jimenez was absolutely amazing! He helped us through the entire process of applying at the apartments and made everything so easy to understand. He spent about three hours with us, patiently answering every question we had and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. His customer service was outstanding—he was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Cristian also has a great personality, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to his help, we were approved for our new apartment, and we’re so excited to start fresh at Ridge at Castle Rock Apartments! We’re extremely grateful for his time and effort and highly recommend him to anyone.

I've lived here for 2 years now. The entire staff is amazing, most importantly Freddie and Matt. Always Johnny on the spot with repairs and literally anything I need. National treasures! Julie and Christian in the office have also been incredibly accommodating as well.

Be wary of renting here, they will automatically add you to their damage waiver program even after you submit all of your paperwork for private renters insurance. This occurs mid lease. The staff is less than helpful with this issue. Unless you pay in person by check, you have to use a 3rd party payment system which sells your data.
