Ridge at Blue Hills

I want to take a moment to recognize how amazing the maintenance team Malco and Jhoel has been. They completed their work in a very timely and efficient manner, making sure everything was done properly and without delay. They were professional, polite, and extremely pleasant to interact with always greeting me with a smile and a positive attitude. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they also took the time to make sure everything was clean and tidy afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Overall their kindness, professionalism is great.

If you care about SAFETY, think twice. They had 2 shootings on the property in one year in 2024. Icy and dangerous conditions in the winter on multiple occasions in the parking lot and by doors, which they only addressed after I followed up multiple times with pictures to prove it wasn’t resolved. They charge residents and guests for parking, so you’d think they could at least manage ice. They sent vendors to my unit when I wasn’t home who left the door unlocked and propped open and then left, so anyone could walk it, which I found out when I returned home to find my door propped open and nobody inside. They had stinging insects for several weeks by the pool shower building, which they apparently didn’t resolve. The water heater in the unit above burst, causing major damage to my kitchen a

Malco !!! What more can I say about him, he’s truly a hard worker and a great man at that ! He’s help me not only for when my unit need’s tending to with a sense of urgency but in addition to my personal life as well . I would consider that man to be a great leader, reliable and my mentor. It’s been a pleasure to meet him and wish him and the rest of the maintenance crew the best moving forward !

I live here for 6 years ,the apt was big and nice ,the landscaping is very nice but most of the people who live here don’t take destroying the apts,police always there ,a lot of people from Section 8,they’re saying don’t have money to pay for the apt but all this people buying in cash most expensive cards and paid for private parking ,I don’t recon ent this place ,they make you pay for Parking outside

I have been living here for over two years. It is a nice place to live. There are significant structural/noise issues in some of the units . However, the maintenance staff and office teams are incredible. The maintenance manager, Malco is the best . He is always responsive with maintenance requests. Gessel is doing a wonderful job keeping the buildings clean, she is so kind and friendly. The office manager, Mickey is excellent . He is providing a wonderful service.
