Rider Place Apartments

Friendly staff, ease of communication, lovely subdivision style duplex style housing for low-income. They offer 1 or 2 bedroom with 1 bath and 3 bedroom with 2 baths alongside a lesser bedroom duplex. It was quiet, although we did notice many young children's toys outside. But we noticed how quiet it was after 5pm. They have a nice children's park toys to play on, a great picnic area with grills to use, picnic tables to sit at, and even laundry facilities.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months now and I really enjoy it. Quiet environment, friendly neighbors, and great management! Maintenance has always been quick to fix anything we’ve have trouble with. They also have a playground for children which my daughter loves!

I have lived here since they opened. Never had any trouble. Amazing environment. Landlord is great. Quiet and I love that it’s pet friendly because 99% of places don’t allow pets! I will probably stay here until I buy a house!!

Management staff is rude and absolutely horrible to deal with. Will try and implement new rules and make this place a horrible place to live. Know of several people leaving or waiting for lease to be up and moving away from the management. If you have children or pet's then expect charges or new rules to where children can't have toys to play outside with. The playground is always full of older children and little children can't be out there without getting hurt, management does not care. Would give no starts if I could.

It's a nice place to live, in a small town. They are pet friendly, and the people living here are pretty friendly. The maintenance and office staff are both great.
