Today, July 30, 2025, Wednesday, I called the office and spoke with The Property Manager Dora Patterson I told her that my Air Filter needs to be changed in my apartment. Property Manager Dora Patterson came and changed my air filter in my apartment. Excellent Customer Service !!! 💯 💯 Today, July 29, 2025, I had a work orders for my Dryer. Nice neighborhood. Only complaint is that there is minimal parking for guests at some buildings

Really nice neighborhood, well maintained and friendly people. The location is great considering it's just 5 minutes from I-75 and even though its adjacent to Barrett Parkway, the neighborhood feels like its 'out' in the country! It's also awesome that you can literally walk to Kennesaw Mtn & the park is gorgeous!

The Apartments are Great. The staff on the other hand are very interesting. Please don't ever need anything from them. It's all good when you are moving in but that will be the end of the good Customer Service.

Haven’t had an experience yet-still waiting to speak with someone and get some questions answered and more information. The ad sounds great and the atmosphere wonderful. Still the return time in response to my messageS is painstakingly aggravatingly as I am excited about your properties but am running out of time? Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
