Riddlehaven Apartments

Rented an apartment with little wait time until moving. Clean friendly, Laundry on site reasonably priced. My idea of this place being good has really çhanged. The laundry on side is a small room with a couple washers and dryers. Dirty. The floor the laundry room is on smells like pee. The thrash shoot has been locked for months. Really is not the best place to live. The worst part is getting bedbugs. I keep telling them but i don't know if they are really treating them.

Mary Johnson.....I'm disappointed to hear you are not happy with your apartment here at Riddlehaven. What baffles me is that your remarks in your review have NEVER been brought to the attention of myself or the Maintenance Tech. But since you mentioned them, we can explore them a little bit. First, you were given a tour of the property, including the laundry room, before you ever signed your lease. So you were well aware that the laundry room was small. Unfortunately all we can fit in there is 3 washers and 2 dryers. Nobody has ever said the floor smells like urine and in fact, it is swept and mopped by the Maintenance Tech. Everyone in this building was informed why we locked the trash chute rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor but I will remind you that they were locked because people w

Lived here 10 months too many notice things missing from the apt so unless you tolerate that sort of stuff stealing I don't I know who is doing it but Mgr will not do anything about hmm wunder why that is???? I'm outta 300 cause I just pay the rent unless you are in a desperate situation of need a cheap place to live do not live here think twice cameras security yeah they could see who doing it the brown nosers are the ones doing it you know oh something that was taken has reappear today Sunday the 23 April 23 I know they think I'm crazy I stick to myself well come live here you will understand why?

National Church Residences is upstanding in maintaining their properties and I have viewed some in the Columbus area as well. They Definately do NOT deserve low ratings.
