Terrible Experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND!I participated in an online auction hosted by Bryant Auction & Real Estate. I won and paid immediately. a woman from the auction company was helpful but told me they were short staffed. she took my auction items to FedEx. I asked about the size of the package because they did not include a vintage photograph pictured in the auction listing. I asked if it could be shipped separately because she forgot to bring it. she later informed me they no longer had it because the family took it. once I finally received my package the contents were loose in the box and wrapped in napkins! the box was open on arrival as it was only sealed using masking tape! big surprise more items were missing! I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one. I was later call
