It was wonderful to work with Rick on the sale of our Century City condo, from our first meeting all the way through escrow. Rick is knowledgable, transparent about the process, and has great communication skills. Rick both advised and did a lot of work to get the place ready for market. Then when the condo was listed, he kept me informed about showings, interested buyers, offers, and made sure everything was in order during the escrow process. Rick was always pleasant and available to answer any questions I had, and very responsive to working around my schedule and any requests. I highly recommend Rick Brucker Realty!
