Richton Square Apartments

This apartment complex has the best staff, They are personable with the tenants, they make sure the office space is inviting and welcoming, Every holiday you'll be sure to see decor to brighten up your day. They've even catered for the tenants, as well as given small gifts of appreciation. Maintenance is ALWAYS on point & responds in a timely manner. As time goes on the new owners are updating units, and buildings to help improve better living spaces for everyone. No Pets in the homes for me personally is a plus , so that was 1 of my top reasons for my initial interest. To summarize this statement RSA care about their tenants, and the upkeep of the apartments.

Anna , Marcella from the office and Gerald from maintenance are very kind and thoughtful. This week I was presented with a free Turkey and all of the trimmings and this was an unexpected surprise. I am coming up on 3 years living here and have no desire to move out. Thank you Richton Square Apartments for looking out this elderly tenant.

I have been living here for the past two years and have never been blessed enough to live in a place with such caring and thorough staff. I was looking at apartments and Richton Square stood out to me so much! The service there by Mrs. Anna and Marcella was outstanding! They are so polite and family like. I didn’t feel like a tenant I felt like a cousin! If you want an apartment go to Richton Square Apartments!

Very clean and well maintained apartments! Marcella and Anna are very polite and easy to talk to. You can tell they really do care about every person who walks through that door.
