Richmond Manor Apartments

Nice apartments well maintained inside and out.

Some buildings may be ok, but others are NOT. They have a serious roach infestation and maintenance issues. Buildings need to be rented, heavily exterminated and monthly in depth inspections to keep the buildings free of bugs. Tenants who cannot adhere to such policies need to be evicted immediately. Absolutely unlivable conditions. Not ok for families.

I really would not recommend this place to anyone, management is very rude & they have their picks on who they like, my mom has lived here for 6 yrs and it has been a horrible experience for her she hates it & really wants to move but cannot afford to. Based on your income but they are very judgemental.

I love having a rural type setting. Quiet no maintenance person at this time.. Plenty of parking. Neighbors are nice.

Used to be mostly adults. But now there are several college and teen age kids in the parking lot at all hours. Has changed quite a bit in the last three years.
