I am so grateful to Richland Falls Apartments. From day one, I’ve had an excellent experience — and after 3 years of living here, I can truly say this place feels like home. The office team is friendly, attentive, and always responds quickly to any questions. The common areas are clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the community feels very safe. I love how they communicate with residents; they always have activities, raffles, and special touches that make us feel valued. You can really see the effort and dedication they put into making this place welcoming. The womens in the office are amazing: super friendly, respectful, and always attentive. I truly recommend living here. And if you’re in Murfreesboro and looking for an apartment, you have to come see this complex. Come visit Richla

I have loved living at Richland Falls! The location is perfect whether you are an MTSU student, or just living and working here in Murfreesboro. The staff is great! Maintenance is very fast and effective which I have really appreciated. The gated community as well as the no smoke community makes me feel safe and comfortable! 5 stars for sure!

Richland Falls is an amazing place to live! It is well priced for the size and amenities that are available. The office staff is amazing and always so helpful. The maintenance team does a very good job. Overall it’s a great community to be a part of!

I've been living at Richland Falls Apartments for over two years now, and it's been a really good experience. The community is welcoming and there are always fun activities going on, which adds a nice touch to daily life here. Anytime I've needed help with maintenance or had a request, the support team has been quick and helpful, they really do a great job at taking care of things.
