Richfield Place Apartments

Lived here for years the old management didn’t complete every work order even when I requested it several times. Still at least they tried to fix it but the company FPI didn’t want to give them the funds to help the residents as I was told so I did feel some sort of compassion from old management. When the new management came in this summer of 2025 it was all hell, putting charges on your rental account with no prior documentation explaining why. Tanya Hawkins who is the community director needs to be fired to be honest and the rest of the office. They have the poorest attitudes over the phone, and energy in person. The regional manager does nothing at all so don’t even bother reaching out to her. I’ll never ever rent from this company FPI again. Rodents, filters not being changed as it’s

Do not live at Rich Place Apartments. The old management never fixed anything, and the new management is just as bad—if not worse. They are doing nothing but poorly patching up apartment issues. I have been living here for 12 years, and management has never been this terrible. Since I moved in, they have refused to fix the pipes, so my ceiling continues to leak whenever I run the washer. Water damage means there’s likely mold everywhere, and nothing is being done about it. To make things worse, they’ve changed their office hours and are now closed on Wednesdays—yet residents still have problems every day. This new management has been a huge disappointment.

If you love rodents, Richfield Place is for you. I moved simply because they would not address the problem but instead suggested that I get a cat. I chose a much better option, to move!!!

cant wait to move me and all my daughters worst place ever they don t care about your living conditions one of my daughters been without air and heat since April and she have kids paying over 1000 in rent.

My father stove caught on fire today, after he put in a maintenance request last week and they came and took a look at it and told him they would be back but never came back. This is so frustrating because he has put in so many maintenance requests and due to him being deaf it feels like they don’t take care! Why should it take for his life to be at risk for y’all to do your job!
