Richard Roach The Powers Group Keller Willams Jersey Shore

We had an awful experience with Richard Roach and his team. We rented a property from him. First there was a problem with my parking spot - which he dismissed. Then the building which we rented in cape May had a gas leak - so we had to leave for the day. The building manager was just as unprofessional. She was yelling and screaming at the kids at the pool for making noise and splashing! Then yelling at the adults upon checking out. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!! Then they charged us additionally cleaning fee stating it was a mess and there were additional ppl staying etc... all of which are untrue. Clearly they will say whatever to take your money. I will never trust my family or friends to rent from Richard or his Company - The Powers Group, Keller Williams Jersey
