If there was a way to give 10 stars I would! Richard is amazing with a great deal of experience when it comes down to buying and selling in the real estate industry. As a first time homebuyer I was hesitant on the process especially with it being the biggest purchase we’ve ever made, but he was sure to put my husband and I at ease from start to finish. He took his time and made sure our needs and concerns were taken care of. My husband and I could not be any happier with our home! Overall Richard McKinney exceeded our expectations and we will be working with him on any purchases in the near future. Highly recommended

Remax is the best! Richard explained everything, and guided me throughout the whole process. He motivated me to keep going, getting the house cleaned out and ready for the new owners. Even when we ran into issues, he reassured me that we would be fine, and he was right. The house sold easily, and we even ended up making a little more money than we had estimated. Great experience! Also, the other employees at the Remax office were so kind and helpful.

I hired Richard to sell my mother's home when she passed away. He had sold a house for my son a few years prior so I knew he was good. This house had not been maintained for many years as my parents were both in their 90's when they passed. I had never lived in Hobe Sound or the house, so was clueless who to hire for the multiple repairs needed to pass inspection. Richard help me with everything and every step of the process. He is a straight shooter, a good communicator, very experienced, and overall a good man you can trust. If you are going thru reviews to find a realtor, you don't need to look any further.
