Moved here Dec 2009 site unseen. Ended up being a great location close to everything you could possibly need. Paying rent is easy after you setup the auto pay, rent is taken out on the 5th of every month. Maintenance personnel show up and address your concerns in a timely manner. You can place your maintenance request through the Banner apartments website. You can have packages delivered to a lockbox station next to the mailbox’s. Have never a problem with packages or mail. Grounds, pool and exercise room are kept clean. In my opinion, room for improvement areas would be, proactive snow and ice removal for parking lot, stairs and walkways when they become slick in winter. What you see on the website is not what you actually get when you rent here: We rented the unit off the misleading website, we broke our lease after 2 days because counter tops stained badly, ceilings all dirty, blinds were junk, metal shelving in closets were rusted, no quality in this unit, none. Leasing agent was terrible when we arrived, gave a gate key that did not work, wanted to see a garage and she said we could not see one for some lame reason, outside storage room for this unit did not lock, email sent out by management that kids were damaging cars. Made us pay 2 months rent plus what we already paid them to break our lease even though the website pictures and the actual unit we got were worlds apart. It was so bad, we never moved in, they even left the double locked door to the
