Should be negative 10 stars. Called the main number about the list price on a property that had a Rhodes Realtor sign. Got the runaround...no voicemail set up ....this is the rental department.....The best one, "I don't know the answer to that". I asked "Who does". Her answer "I'll transfer you", then hung up. Who owns this place and do you even care that your reviews are awful

I am writing this review to share my experience in a service I sold to Rodrick McIntosh that he did not fulfill his obligation on. We have a signed agreement with him, as well as recorded video call of him committing to our PR service. He asked me to accommodate a special request for him (which we had to specially plan for him with the management team) and we went above and beyond to do so. In spite of all that, he did not follow through on his obligation. I don't think this is a good reflection of what to expect from a broker that is engaging in contractual agreements with people. Update (5/4/2023) They just threatened my husband and I to take down the bad reviews I wrote if we still want to buy the house under contract. This was my original review: The worst people to do business with. I'd suggest you to stay away from them. I have my reasons to write this review. The owner, the seller agent, and buyer agent of the house we're going to buy are all from Rhodes. No transparency of what's going on (not enough communication), no timely delivery of things they said they would do, no apologies for anything (bad customer service). I have documents and logs to provide facts of their failure to conduct a good business with us. I should have listened to others' warning about Rhodes. PS. They said I'm creating a drama for stating these facts and sharing what I think.

Bought a new construction home with them almost 3 years ago, the home comes with a 5 year warranty. The company never holds up their end of the warranty. I have been putting in claims for the past 3 years, no one ever comes out to fix anything and the office staff it beyond rude and unprofessional they never call back and when you do finally get someone on the phone “hello” “why are you transferred to me” or just complete silence on the phone. They have zero phone etiquette. I would never buy another home from them!
