Amanda and Dan got us into our first home together, and did a terrific job at educating us about the entire process and making the transaction smooth and easy to understand. After a great 7 year run, Amanda helped us to sell our house so that we could relocate out of state. This was a tougher transaction where we had a buyer under contract who unexpectedly backed out. Rhode Island is filled with sketchy real estate agents that have no morals. Amanda and Rhode to Home are the exact opposite. Amanda helped us buy our first home, and when it was time to sell 7 years later she was the first and only person we considered. Amanda never had an issue explaining everything to me whenever asked. Always quick to respond and if she wasn't going to be quick she (she does have kids and family!) let us know when we would hear from her again. When we hit some speed bumps she had our back and made sure she fought for us as best as she could. Nothing ever made me question her ethics or moral code, which after dealing with some real estate people this is a big deal to me and should be a big deal to you!
