Rhema Associates is an excellent management company. The property has been completely renovated, the flooring is beautiful, and the kitchens and bathrooms are brand new. They have been sensitive to tenants' feelings concerning all the changes and kept tenants informed at all times. Their maintenance staff is excellent and responds immediately to any and all requests. Rhema Associates also makes tenants' safety a high priority. I recommend it highly.

The leasing team + maintenance responds in a timely manner and the apartments seems to be cleaned well between tenants. The laundry facility is always working and available for use & they have cameras in the parking lot and motion sensor lights at night.

Great community here at Eden View and the team at Rhema have been amazing. Maintenence is friendly and efficient, the management is also quick to respond if you need to contact them for anything. I'm very happy with my experience renting from them.

I rented a townhome at Live Oaks (formaley Jacob's Landing on Old VB Rd), that was newly renovated by the Rhema team. They were great landlords and were always available when i had any issues. The unit was very nice and work was high-quality. Would recommend

Dean and Hector (the maintenance guys) are great every time I see them. I once had a small electrical problem and they came out the same day. They also noticed my oven wasn’t working properly and went ahead and put in the maintenance request for me. They work around my schedule so it’s always convenient for me. Plus they’re both fun guys to talk to as well!
