This group performed my closing and deceived me during the process. When I went to sell the commercial property I had to pay a significant amount to correct title issues that RGS should have covered during the initial sale. I filed a claim and the claim was denied because of RGS lack of knowledge in how to secure a free and clear title. This is a fraudulent title insurance group also known as Stewart Title. Choose another company if you want to make sure your title is clean and marketable.

RGS title is best in class, especially Daryl and Sonya who both went above and beyond to get my deal across the finish line. Their communication is clear, concise, and frequent. In addition to their expertise, they worked late, on a holiday, and actually came to my house to get the deal done as a personal emergency came up. Look forward to more transactions in the future!!

Had a great experience working with RGS on the recent refinancing of my home. RGS was responsive, clearly communicated each step of the process to my husband and I, (an important step as this was our first time working through the closing process without a realtor), and worked directly with our lender throughout the process. The Closing and Title managers, Sonya and Danyelle, set timely deadlines for sending out and returning documents and coordinated with myself and the lender to set the final closing date and ensure we stayed on the path to achieving that date.
