I recommend RGS Title to all of my clients. They understand that every client has different needs and considers that in their personalized service. And their processors and attorneys have the highest level of knowledge in the industry, which includes constantly staying on top of methods of fraud to protect their clients. Can't say enough good things about them.

I have been in the real estate field for 24 years. I have dealt with title companies, and none come close to RGS. They will work tirelessly to solve multiple challenges we encounter as real estate agents. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and I know they have my (and my client's) back at all times.

My experience with RGS title was unsatisfactory and very disappointing. After closing on the house I sold, i needed to have money wired within five days to another state for a separate closing to purchase a house, and RGS title was unable to accomplish the task. Three different people were working on this action, and none of the three talked to each other, shared emails provided to the initial designated person, and the attitude of each of the three employees seemwd to be that they didn't really care a whole lot if they met my deadline or not. When I called to talk to a manager to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that my closing had to be rescheduled due to the inefficiency and ineptitude of his employees, the manager never even returned my call. Just used them for the sale of our home. Not friendly; not super professional. Slow at responding, providing documentation, and recording/funding. We didn’t get to choose the title company, but would never use them again! Not recommended! Also, it’s Friday...my house closed on Monday and the bank still hasn’t received the payoff for my mortgage! Unacceptable!

RGS Title were efficient, prepared, very friendly and greatly helped to make our selling experience the best! I highly recommend them!!
