Company was very slow to produce a lease that was clearly copied and pasted from Stevens-Ness Law Publishing Co. The lease did not pertain to our situation whatsoever and had many clauses that would allow the lessor to take advantage of the lessee. After dealing with this company I would not recommend them to others. R F Vaughn Realty Inc is the most unprofessional real estate company that I have dealt with to-date.
Called for information on a place along the highway got very little help. I believe I'm waiting for an email probably buried with he rest . I felt as if whoever answered probably didn't care about my questions and didn't bother answering just pretended to take my email down and pass to her in house realtor. Gave three stars just in case I missed the email ✉️
Bill and Gerry were so very nice to me and my son and our beautiful dog , goofy !! :)
