Patti and Tony Bechtold of Rezide are some of the nicest and easiest to deal with people I’ve come across in buying a newly developed community. I purchased a new condo at the Shops and Flats at Logan Farms in downtown Acworth. Patti treats you as if you’ve been friends for years, taking care of dealing with the lender, VA, etc, making the whole process smooth. Her husband being Tony, she is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions about the building process, materials being used, timelines. The property here in Acworth is beautiful and was constructed with the best materials and with an attention to detail. Patti and Tony are honest people that deliver what they promise and any project that they are associated with would definitely be worth your time.
