Reynolds Mill - Taylor Morrison

Our initial contact with Susie Brownell, sells agent for Taylor Morrison, was through our son Tyrone Brown. She was more than willing to assist us anyway possible to make sure we had a positive buying experience. We can say for a certainty she did just that. The entire Taylor Morrison team was remarkable throughout our buying experience. Our new home is lovely and we would highly recommend any of our family and friends to purchase a home from Taylor Morrison. We can't say enough good things about Anthony Rogers (construction superintendent), and Susie Brownell, service with a smile for sure. Grateful for the opportunity to purchased our first home here in North Carolina from Taylor Morrison, they are the best!!

Rich in the sales office and Barry in construction were customer service rockstars! Taylor Morrison is lucky to have them. I can be a little on the sassy side and they both handled it perfectly. This was my third new construction home and fifth home total, I am very happy.

The sales experience was not bad, and we love our house! The reason for the 1 star was the complete lack of warranty repairs. Been trying to get warranty repairs done now for 9 months. The worst customer service after purchase I have ever experienced. Great neighborhood and area, but I HIGHLY recommend looking at other builders in the area! Stay away from Taylor Morrison!
