We have been living at Reynolds Farm for over a year now and could not be happier! Alex and Jess in the office are doing a great job in managing the apartments and community. They are always so nice and helpful. We always love the community events in the club house as well and love just seeing friendly faces every time you walk by the office. The entire staff including house keeping and maintenance are excellent and very friendly. We are lucky to have lots of very nice neighbors. It's a very child-friendly and dog-friendly community. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Alex and Jess and the maintenance team are very quick to response when there are any issues. My husband and I have lived at Reynolds Farm for close to two years. This place is so clean, quiet and well-managed by Alex and her staff. I love the property’s landscaping. In early Spring, you’ll see pansies, then daffodils, followed by tulips and continuing with a change of gorgeous flowers as the summer season progresses. Right now mums of many colors enhance the property! The clubhouse is comfortable and attractive and residents love the clean, well kept pool in the summer. We feel safe living here and know we can count on the staff when needed.

My fiancé and I have lived at Reynolds for about a year now and we have loved every second of it. Not only has our dog made many puppy friends, but so have we! The grounds are kept immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and so welcoming, especially our friends at the front office, Alexandria and Jessica. From the second we moved in, we have felt so welcomed and truly enjoy chatting with them all the time! Our questions are always answered timely and thoroughly and we feel that they truly care about each and every tenant here. Alex, Jessica, and all of the Reynolds Farm Apartment staff go above and beyond and we couldn't be more thankful to live in such a wonderful community.

My wife and I have lived in the Reynolds farm apartment complex for little over 4 years now. Please note that our last name is no relationship to Reynolds Farm. We have retired and downsized from a 5 bedroom, 2 acre home on the water to a 1 bedroom apartment. The property manager Mike Wolf was very helpful in making this transition easier. The manager has changed who is now Alex. The apartments are beautiful with all new appliances. I like to cook and couldn't ask for a better planned kitchen. I missed my workshop but found I could utilize the garage and created my man cave! What make Reynolds Farm stand out is everyone is very happy and friendly.
