There were some issues with the home inspection that needed to be fixed and the team diligently worked with contractors to ensure that all of the repairs were made. The team truly took the stress out of coordinating with contractors. We have a few more houses, and if we decide to sell, we will definitely be using them again!!

Everything went smoothly from the first interview with Tyler Le to MLS listing and open house. The offer and PICRA processes were also simple to understand and complete, through the closing on the initially established date of 15 April, one month and 3 days after first listing announcement. We were kept abreast at least every few days, daily at times, from listing thru closing.
