Revolution Apartments

Came here looking to rent and view the property and was immediately met with rude staff. I asked for a monthly cost breakdown and staff acted as though they were not aware of what I was asking for. I was then quoted a price on 3 different styles of 1 bedrooms and was told they would be available in March and that I would be able to apply online. I went online the very next day ready to apply, and none of the apartments I was giving prices for were listed. I proceeded to call the property for the next 3 days in which they did not answer, then I had a friend call they immediately answered her call and gave her complete different information that they had gave me in the office 3 days prior.

Living at Revolution for the past 3 1/2 years has been exceptional. From the property management staff to the maintenance team, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional—I never encountered any issues during my time living here. The apartments themselves were modern and well-maintained. The property manager, Stephani genuinely cares about her residents. Aubrey is also wonderful— I have dealt with her the most. She is such an asset to this community. In addition, the maintenance team, Rico and Jesse have always responded quickly! I would have renewed my lease but my husband needed to be closer to his work. It’s unfortunate since this staff and the overall facility is a great, safe place to live.

Enjoy waking up at 6AM to gardeners blowing leaves on your patio and all of your belongings ? How about property “events” that they sell you on while touring only to find out these are food trucks that they send out emails at the time it’s already started making every effort to ensure you can’t attend. Constant dog poop on your patio with video evidence yet nothing is ever done or addressed with the owners ? Multiple bbq grills but only 1 currently works, reported to the office 7 times now and nothings changed in the last 4 months. Kids yelling and screaming at all hours of the day AND night: until 3AM at the pools and speeding through the complex on e-bikes. What about NO SECURITY ? Constant strangers at the pool, package theft and my neighbors car got broken into twice last month: Hender

Jessie and Rico are incredible maintenance personnel and always ensure every item entered is efficiently resolved. Unfortunately that is where the great service stops. Aubree in the office is stale- dry and very irritable and very unlikely to help. I’ve lived here going on 4 years now and while the property staff was never perfect at least my requests were taken seriously when I first moved in. I’ve complained about the same issues for the past 6 months with zero resolution. Literally steps outside my front door there is limited guest parking and my neighbors has been using 5 parking spaces to store his commercial semi truck and has it parked sideways obstructing multiple spaces- something I’ve called about numerous times with zero resolution resulting in my guests having to park much furt

This is such a difficult review to write. On the one hand, the staff, the facade, the amenities and the fixtures are all great. On the other hand the walls and floors are paper thin. For all the money spent on the build out, the building itself is cheap. If you are noise sensitive at all, this is not the place for you. If you are concerned that you might have a noise sensitive neighbor, this is not the place for you. We ended up with an impossible downstairs neighbor who hated to hear us walking, our small dogs playing, or any music and any time of day coming from our apartment. And so she complained. About everything. And each time management tried to resolve the issue, despite us taking 14 steps (all documented with receipts) nothing we did was ever good enough for her. And wh
