We’ve had nothing but great experiences so far. Luis helped us get moved into our new home, and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He made sure we stayed informed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth. Like any apartment community, there are always pros and cons — but overall, our experience has been very positive, and we truly appreciate the support we received.

I lived here for two years and I truly enjoyed my time at Revl. Something to note when looking for apartments is taking reviews with a grain of salt and consider what may be a deal breaker. Some of the comments that have discussed about the garage, elevator, leaks, etc. However, I never felt unsafe living here. 7th street also has security 24/7. During the week they have someone who cleans daily. My maintenance concerns were always handled in a timely manner. The pool was always open and cleaned regularly. The leasing office staff is always super helpful, friendly, and approachable. I can tell they truly care about their residents.

I recently moved in and have had an excellent experience since the moment I was approved as a resident. Communication has been smooth and efficient, and the rent payment system is very practical and easy to use—even for someone coming from another country like me. The entire move-in process was straightforward, quick, and made me feel at home right away. The amenities are fantastic. The building is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I feel safe living here, and I really appreciate the systems in place that support a sense of community, like organized garbage collection and clear pet policies. I especially love the conference room, which is perfect for studying or working. The building's access system is also modern and technology-driven, you can control many things directly from you

I'm coming up on my 1 year here at Revl and I really have enjoyed my time here. I wish I could stay another year but I simply cannot afford the rent + extra fees. -The Good- - Revl's Leasing staff is some of my favorite people. Luis, Lola, Amanda, and Kaylin are really easy to talk to and they really want your stay at Revl to be special. - The Maintenance staff are also really cool. I wish I knew their names but the Manager is super cool and I love that I can trust them to fix things for me. - The team tries to host events for residents and they're usually really fun. The amenity space here is really nice and getting scheduled events to use them has been nice. - The Amenity space. I love the office staff here and the maintenance people are very friendly and work hard too. I love the fitness room set up, only issue was AC at times, but was better than being outside in that heat. I loved our view of downtown at night and people watching views too on weekends. That gets entertaining! 😂🤣 Want to join a running club, there are within walking distance or just go for a stroll to the Trinity Park! Only reason we left was we bought a house. If we ever did the apartment route again, would definitely go back here again!
