If I could do 1/2 a star I would. Moved in in August from out of state to attend school here. Didn’t know I would be sharing my unit with roaches the entire time, smell of cat pee in the rooms, and a couple wasps still seen in the unit when I moved out. Pest control is a joke and it’s in the contract that this is a requirement to keep the unit pest free. Except nothing has been done. Instead they charge me extra fees and my new move out charge is $8,428. I refused to pay rent to landlords who don’t care for the safety of the units or the health difficulties it’s causing. I have severe asthma and allergies that I notified Andrea and Araceli about numerous times, and they just shrugged and Evicted me. Would you live with roaches and pay rent for it? Inhumane.
Unacceptable. Unsafe. Management, building security, and the cops have been informed of all these issues being discussed and nothing has been done about any of it. To start the roof access has been broken for weeks (pictured) and homeless people are living on the roofs at night and can be heard walking around above and seen staring through your windows at night. The laundry rooms are community facilities and have also been housing homeless people there. Suitcases of items including food, graffiti, needles, cigarette butts, pillows and bottles of pee are in the laundry area(pictured). The windows on the bottom floors are broken making it easy to get in and out (pictured). The staircases are getting caked in mud (pictured) from homeless people leaving food and trash around. The locks on the
Been here since summer of last year. We got an "updated" unit, however it's not in nearly the same condition as the model unit. Anywhere from the paint job that I paid $200 for a "stress free move out" for, down to the hvac unit & appliances- have been less than satisfactory. I applied and was approved for this place over 60days in advance. I kept in contact with Alejandra, who initially leased this to us. I was ahead of everything, as far as renters insurance, & even tried to make sure VIA EMAIL that our place was treated for pests ahead of time. When we first were approved, there was no way to see our actual unit until a few days before move-in. Within the first 2 weeks of living, we got notice to pack & move stuff 18" from walls bc ya decided to treat for pests THEN. There was, & still
I had a maintenance emergency after hours and work during the day. Eddie was so nice and accommodating and respectful professional and efficient! I also love living here for the resident events and the office staff are great people too that really care about the apartments and the people who live here now! Oh but the laundry amenities are not ideal at all in fact they are not functional in my building hot water doesn’t work in either of the two working washers. The third washer needs to be replaced it only works for a da once it’s fixed. And the dryers have dirty lint traps that are filled with so much it’s too much. Thanks for all yall do !!
I've lived here for almost 5 years.Im not a problem starter or a complainer, but I have to say I have the rudest neighbors above me out of all this time. These children run through the apartment all hours of the day just disrespectful. Second the property manager claimed that I lived in unsanitary conditions, so when they came it was changed from unsanitary to clutter and told me that my unit would not pass fire inspection if they where to inspect when I kindly informed her that it's not me that wouldn't pass but them due to not having gfic at the water points in the apartment, the water leaks from upstairs unit one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom, told me that I was the reason for bugs and I wouldn't let the exterminator in was false they came one time I was just getting up and ask
