Visited one of their properties on Cedarhill Drive in Killeen Texas & when I saw the rotted roof over my child’s bk patio & the rotted edging on the outside of his bottom rental 4plex… I warned my child not to move there w/my grandbabies! Not only did they overcharge em for a rotting apartment but they also failed to tell ‘em that the entire apartment complex is infested with extremely huge RATS & even the neighbor said that the rats have been a reoccurring issue. Now that the rats have chewed through the cord on a refrigerator after the neighbor’s fridge shut completely down Revis is refusing to reimburse for food wasted as well as have the building successfully exterminated for rats & roaches. Revis does not care about its rental property nor does they care about their tenants they only
