Karl Phillips is an excellent real estate agent. He is professional, trustworthy and responsive to all forms of communication. He was always prompt when we met in person. He told me he would help me sell my mother’s house quickly and that he would keep the process as simple as possible and he did exactly that. He kept in touch with me during the entire process. I always knew where we were, what was happening and what I needed to do to prepare for the sale and the closing. Additionally, he facilitated communication between the buyer, the closing attorney and myself. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience, but Karl worked hard to make sure my experience was as pleasant and as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I purchased a house in the Dallas/New Hope area of northwest Georgia and it was our first time going through the process.
