So I lived in one of their units for a span of 3 years.. the first year that I was in there I will say I had a very rough time with the management they initially had, they wouldn’t get out to units on time or in an even decent timing when needed, the staff within were very argumentative when bringing up issues, and all your other issues you could lay on the table, and worst of all being directly during Covid times where people were put in uncomfortable situations. That all being said, at a certain point they changed over to a new staffing, I could care less to name the old staff because they are no longer there for a reason obviously, who I will name is the new staff, in particular Ms. Shatia Lee. During the times of me being behind and recovering from past due bills, she simply gave me 2

this is the second review I'm leaving because after my first review the owner of the company made efforts to compensate and assure me the unannounced entering my apartment will never happen again. So I'm giving the benefits of the doubt that it was purely the employee's fault ( as he said so). and will update if things changed again but Andrew the owner of the company has been decent and courteous.

Reveal Real Estate (Kelsey) just torched us (a small business) this morning. Kelsey signed a contract for our company to transport a vehicle back to their office in Baltimore. We had checked in multiple times to ensure we were on schedule for the pick up. The days arrives for pickup, we dispatch a driver, truck and trailer to pickup. Keep in mind this was a cross country transport so a fair amount of effort when into coordinating the logistics over a 3 day period. Message was sent "driver is on his way for pickup today". Response from Kelsey (a real peach by the way) "just cancel". Naturally, we are out time, effort, and the loss of a spot on the trailer until a replacement can be found.

My experience thus far with Reveal has been sad to say the least, and consistently frustrating. We have had to bring every issue with the apartment to their attention multiple times before receiving any response, and we are regularly given less than 24 hours notice when visits and repairs are to be made. In fact, we often receive no notice at all until someone is knocking on our door. When maintenance is performed, it is often completed in a manner that greatly inconveniences the tenants who live here. For example, after requesting multiple times that someone come and seal the 1” gap beneath our bedroom door (which opens directly to the outside) Reveal somehow managed to completely miscommunicate our concerns to the person performing the repair, and when he left the gap was actually larg

My landlord has hired this company to take care of maintenance of the apartment I reside in. My first experience with them was when they used their key to unlock my door with not a single notice. I was not even notified by them that the management was transferred to them. How would you feel if you're sitting in your house and all the sudden a key turns in your entrance door's lock? I live in an area with moderate to high rate of crime to give you more background of the panic I experienced when this happened. I have to add that I was actually at work and in an important meeting when received numerous phone calls and notification from my security alarm app and alarm company that the house has been broken into and they are sending cops.
