Reunion Realty – Exclusive On-Site Real Estate Team

Nearly 10 years ago I worked with TJ when I bought my property at Reunion and it was an excellent experience. When I recently decided to sell, I automatically contacted him and the sale closed very quickly. As I live in New York, I had to handle things remotely but in truth, the Reunion Realty team pretty much handled everything for me. Buying and selling property can be a difficult process but I can honestly say that this was completely stress free thanks to TJ and his team.

TJ, Terri and team are true professionals that go ‘above and beyond’ for their clients. In my job, I interact and work with, many real estate agents/firms so I know which ones treat others with respect and professionalism. You’d be surprised how many realtors do not conduct themselves as trusted advisors-so if you are in the market to hire a real estate agent in the Disney corridor/area - and you DO want someone that will show you patience and give you guidance -you should definitely meet with TJ or one of his team members/agents.

TJ and his team are the epitome of top performers! I needed a realtor with his ear to the ground, someone who can find deals off the market and negotiate a great price. We bought last year with TJ and have since referred two of our friends to him. Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise...basically he dominated the Oralndo area and being an investor, that's the team I need!

We are the Irish couple from Velleux St in Reunion. Most current residents will know us. In March 2021, having owned a vacation home in Reunion for 12 years, COVID travel restrictions to USA forced us to sell. We engaged Reunion Realty. Within 12 days they had secured several interested buyers. Reunion Realty arranged the advert wording, the photography, the viewings, the title company, the closing. Everything happened smoothly. Reunion Realty achieved the full asking price for our home. The energy, care and attention we were given surpasses any standards we have known to date. Our advice to any person choosing to buy or sell in Reunion is simple; talk only to these guys....you will regret talking to anyone else.

TJ Cosgrove is unprofessional and dismissive. He doesn’t cooperate with other realtors and ended a conversation by hanging up on us without warning. Perhaps this is because he isn’t as knowledgeable as he should be about his clients listings and was intimidated by our questions? Either way it is such a shame that TJ is not interested in making sales. My advice is reach out to anyone but him to purchase or sell your home.
