Extremely Disappointed and Misled I moved into this complex expecting a clean, safe, and professionally managed community—exactly what was promised to me from day one. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The biggest and most alarming issue is the constant garbage overflow and the presence of rats and other animals around the compactor area. Trash is left outside almost every single day, creating an unsanitary and unsafe environment for all residents. This is not a one-time incident—I have photos and videos from different days and dates showing the same disgusting conditions over and over again. Living at Reunion at 400 is hands down one of the filthiest, most poorly run, most aggravating places you could ever waste your money on, and after being trapped in a two-year lease, we finally moved out yesterday and I have never felt more relieved to leave a place in my life. The only reason this dump has any positive reviews is because management bribed residents with Starbucks gift cards to leave five-star ratings, because without that, this place would be sitting exactly where it belongs. Don’t worry I’ll attach proof. The conditions here are truly disgusting. Roaches have taken over and crawl through the buildings nonstop in the kitchens, bathrooms, vents, hallways, and even inside electrical outlets because the property is never treated properly even when they bring pest control out

The dirtiest and most disgusting place to live, trash everywhere and rats all over the place, people smoking marijuana, young children playing and screaming, they don't care about the quiet, annoying sounds from neighbors running and ignoring the first floor residents, when you ask something from the management they ignore your request and talk to you in a rude way especially the manager named Gesselly, a complex and arrogant personality who doesn't care about the residents' affairs. Always hiding behind her desk enjoying the shade and not doing her job. Please stay away from this place, One star they don't deserve

10/10 would recommend this apartment complex! I am a new resident as of Jan. 2025, and Isabella and the entire leasing office have been amazing. They are extremely responsive to any and all questions, and expedited my leasing process to fit my relocation timeline. Other complexes in the area struggled with communication, but Isabella never dropped the ball. The apartments are as beautiful as they look online and reasonably priced. The appliances/finishes are all modern and in great condition. After renting in several different states / complexes, I can anticipate this being a long-term home for me. Being a young lady, I feel very safe and comfortable in this area. I am very happy with my choice. Thank you Reunion team!

Absolute disaster. I am not a "Karen". But this is going crazy. And people should know things before move in. 1. Gate: only works part time. Add: we have two cars under the leasing and they only provide you with one remote. A second one? $50. 2. Garbage disposal: if you scroll a little in the reviews section, you will see numerous complains about the garbage disposal that is RIGH in front of the leasing office. Rats everywhere. (even dead ones). Couple months ago they had a problem with the garbage disposal and a Dumpster was placed in front of the mail room. One would have to wear a hazmat suite to avoid the smell and the rats in order to pick up the mail. 3. Towing trucks 2am: You think you will have a peaceful night of sleep? Not here.
