I have a different company putting me thru hell because I got behind. They are relentless they harass me call me & text me 24/7. They act like robots. It’s sad when you can’t trust the ppl you do business with. So thankful for finding Retus PM. What a contrast. They are actually “working” with me after I got behind. They are human. I communicate with them A LOT. Ms Myrtle is a very busy person but she always finds time to respond. Even Bryan in corporate is nice & down to earth. Good company in my opinion. Very personable.

Be very careful dealing with this company. Ms Mytle is a nice lady but the company and the houses are run down for 3 months I paid rent and was requesting them fix holes in the house to keep mice and rats out the home and they did nothing, on top of the house having plumbing issues where it’s flooding the yard, I was told they would work with us to get the repairs completed but instead the landlord has took my access to pay after falling behind….. THEY DONT REPAIR ANYTHING THEY JUST KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY
