My primary concern revolves around the consistent lack of professionalism and responsiveness from certain staff members, particularly the assistant manager. Her general demeanor and apparent disengagement, including a lack of basic acknowledgement when encountering residents, contribute to an unwelcoming and unsupportive environment. I have several critical maintenance issues that have been repeatedly reported without resolution, causing considerable inconvenience. On January 19th, I initiated a service request concerning a continuously running toilet and a persistent lack of hot water in my shower, forcing me to use lukewarm water. So after a year of living in the community I felt like I could leave an honest review. I’ll give them 2.5 rating. The community itself is quiet, safe, close in proximity to parks, restaurants, shopping centers and one of the best school districts in Fayetteville. Recently we’ve had a whole new staff team brought in at the leasing office and I can honestly say the manager is doing their best with all the changes being made regularly. They even did a school supply give away this summer and my daughter received a brand new back pack full of school supplies for free!!! Now, the reason I didn’t give them five stars is because these apts haven’t been gutted and renovated in over 10 years. Which is why there’s an odor in the apartment I can’t get rid of. I would like to thank the management team of Retreat@ Towne Crossing especially Zayla and Tishia. These ladies should be in the training department. They both are masters of their trade. They are courteous professional and knowledgeable. Everyone doesn't have what it takes to be in the customer service industry but they do. Thank You so much for everything that you have done for us. I’m looking for an apartment for me and my son and ran across a video on Instagram that the new property manger Miss Jones posted. Had it not been for her video I would’ve never knew about this property.. the video was pretty informative & she was very friendly & pleasant to speak with. I’ll be making a decision soon!

As a tenant of this property for 4 years . This place has gotten worse . Property management is deplorable . They are rude to their tenants and Never available. Operation hours 9-5 they are literally here for 1-2 hrs daily . Displaying a return work every 3hrs sign on the door while sitting In their offices acting as if they’re in meetings to avoid helping paying tenants . My roof in the laundry room is caving in from a leak from the unit above me put a maintenance request a month ago still haven’t fixed it
