I want to highlight the amazing work of the new management team. Laura, the manager, is professional, kind, and always willing to help. Alexa is also great—friendly, efficient, and very attentive. You can really feel the positive changes since they joined. Great team and excellent service !!

Livingn on the property for 21 years, would like to commend Laura.The new property manager at retreat at Golf links in Melbourne, Florida, several residents have been complimenting her on her personality. Her disposition and her willing to help everyone out. She has been doing a fantastic job. She is well liked , and I hope we can continue to work together with her to make her very successful and make us residents very happy.

Overpriced and VERY poorly managed since Friedlam took over in 2024. I wish I knew how to add pictures to this because I've had a window that is not just leaking, it's been raining inside my apartment for 2 years and now my wall is visibly moldy and they're not doing anything about it. Now I have not had AC for the last three days and it's ninety degrees outside. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as how poorly it's managed. There are a lot more issues. It's just not worth my time to include everything that's been B.S. Trust me, you don't want to live here. I wish I had first , last, and security to move into a new place, because this place sucks. I've lived in these apartments since 2021 and have been very happy here! The units have great layouts, and I especially love the flooring and included appliances—the in-unit washer and dryer is a game-changer! It's been such a relaxing and comfortable place to call home, and it continues to be a great place to live. The location is excellent, and all the staff are friendly, respectful, and always helpful.
