I hosted a paint party at Retreat at Union Square, and everyone I worked with was wonderful. The property is beautiful inside and out. I especially enjoy partnering with businesses that care about their residents and sponsor fun events like this.

Communication with management has been extremely frustrating. I lost my amenity key in December and contacted the leasing office to request a replacement. I was repeatedly told not to worry because key fobs would be issued soon, with an expected rollout during the first week of January. When the first week of January passed, I followed up and was again told the fobs would be available shortly. Upon inquiring a third time, I was then told that no specific date had ever been given and that I should simply purchase a replacement key. This directly contradicted what I had previously been told. Had this been communicated clearly from the beginning, I would have done so months ago. The lack of clear and consistent communication made this process far more frustrating than it needed to be.

This is going to be a somewhat comprehensive review of our experience with Retreat at Union Square. First of all, we have been living here for about a year now and just got the lease renewal, we were pleasently surprised. It's clear that this apartment complex values retaining tenants, which in of itself is something that sets itself apart from many others out there. The area that the apartments are located at is nice, and the apartment complex itself is quiet and well maintained with lots of trees. It's generally a good area to take walks. Both the local management, as well as the rest of the staff (including maintenance) are doing a fantastic job! Just renewed my lease for another year. I’ve lived in a few apartments in my time and this place is by far the best. They are very accommodating and keep the community clean. All the staff and maintenance is friendly and the office is always looking to host fun events for the residents. Thank you for all you do.
